Tutankhamun has died suddenly and the rush is on to prepare his tomb. Vlad the flea and Miu the cat supervise the artists as they paint he murals.

Will they finish in time, or will there be a sting in the tale/tail?

In this story Vlad and Miu accompany Kel the artist as he works to paint the images on the walls. It shows how Kel and his fellow workers share the tasks, and how they create their pictures in the darkness. Unlike many stories that focus on the pharaoh, this shows the lives of ordinary people in ancient Egypt.

The artefacts and techniques are based on excavations and findings now on display in Museums.
