Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Books bought off the Reading Riddle website are sent out directly through our fulfilment agent, Bookvault, who print, bind and distribute our books.

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Reading Riddle. However, if you have a problem with your purchase please contact us to discuss a refund or exchange on readingriddle@gmail.com

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • EBooks and audiobooks that have been downloaded
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Sale items
  • Personalised items

To complete your return, we need your order number and date of order. This and any enquiries can be sent to readingriddle@gmail.com and you will be sent further information.

Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once you have contacted us we will inform you of details for the return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item and this is non-refundable.

Once the items(s) have been received and inspected we will inform you about decisions on a refund.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment, then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order.
